Blend of grapes from plots in Silgueiros, Cativelos and Mangualde. Very light smoked notes envelop the high-quality fruit, in an unexpectedly young, closed register, still needing time. Very precise and unctuous in the mouth, with plenty of shine, notes of flint, incisive, firm, wide and defined. Great Encruzado.
Fermentation in French oak barrels and native oak barrels, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. Aged for 14 months in the same barrels.
