The 2019 Palermo consists of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from big-name vineyards such as Stagecoach, Cypress, Sun Lake, Morisoli and Solari Vineyards, with a broad range of terrain ranging from valley floor to mountain ridges. Aged for 12 months in 33% new French and American oak barrels.
