From Demerara Distillers in Guyana, this blend of column and pot still rums aged for 13 years in bourbon casks, before crossing the ocean to France, to age for a further two years in Ferrand cognac casks. This limited edition rum was distilled from molasses in 2007, and aged in a tropical climate for thirteen years, and then a temperate one for a further two. The first round of ageing was done in bourbon casks; the second was done in Ferrand casks.
