Field blend of Zinfandel & Carignan from a vineyard planted in the early 1900’s. Grapes were hand harvested in late October at peak ripeness. Once in the winery the juice was separated from the skins and fermented naturally in a stainless steel tank. Easily our best rosè wine to date. Bright, lifted and textural. A beautiful wine to drink now.
